	Q1. Do I have to pay to use Mobeezo? A. You can create 30 day free trial sites with Mobeezo.Your site will be accessible via http://mysite.Mobeezo.com. To continue using your site after the end of the free trial period,you would need to upgrade to one of our paid packages.

	Q2. What do I get in the free trial? A. You will get all the features of the free trial package that you selected at the time of signup. For more information, please refer to the pricing page .

	Q3. What do I get when I upgrade to the Full packages? A. In addition to the mobile site, you will also get a 5 pages website with device detection. The site will be both mobile phone and desktop friendly and will offer a variety of mobile templates, site building tools, QR code, site analytics and 24/7 email support.

	Q4. Are there any refunds should I decide to cancel my paid subscription? A. Once the mobile site has been purchased, no refunds will be issued.

	Q5. The domain name I want for my mobile site is not being accepted.Why? A. Due to ICANN standards, domain names can only contain alphanumerical characters (no symbols), and may not exceed more than 50 characters.

	Q6. What Internet Explorer Security Settings should I use for Mobeezo? A. The security settings can be changed as follows: Choose Tools from the menu. Select Internet Options. Select the Security Tab. Click on the Custom level. Set the Security Level to Medium Check that scripting is enabled in the Settings. Click OK to save the changes you have made.

	Q7. What are Widgets for? A. Mobeezo offers a variety of widgets to enhance the functionality of your mobile site. Following widgets are available: Link to a page-Allows you to link any text to an existing page on site Insert Clock -Allows you to add clock on your site. It will show the time on device through which the site is being browsed Hyperlink -Allows you to link any text to an external mobile/website Click to Call -Allows you to add some text and associate it with a telephone number so if a user clicks on the text using his/her mobile device, the number is dialed automatically Add YouTube Video -Allows you to embed any videos on your site from YouTube Add Map -Allows you to add Google map of your home/business Click to Email -Allows you to add some text and associate it with an email address so if a user clicks on the text using his/her mobile device, it opens the default email editor to send email. Add RSS -Allows you to link your site to any external RSS and publish RSS feeds on your site Import Content -Allows you to populate content on your site by automatically importing from other sites. Please make sure that you have right to use that content. Mobeezo does not take any responsibility for any content imported using our widget.

	Q8. How can I add links? A. Select the text on the editor that you want to link to your page, then select the ‘link to page’ widget. On the widget, select the page that you want to link to and click 'OK'. For adding links to external websites, select the 'link to page' widget and type the URL to the website.

	Q9. Where can I add a title to my page? A. Click on ‘Page Setup’ link in the main menu. On this page you will be able to add title to your pages.

	Q10. Can I change my website name? A. Unfortunately, website names cannot be changed or modified.

	Q12. How do keywords and site description help me target visitors? A. Keywords and site description have been the focus of the field of marketing research known as Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Keywords and site descriptions are factors which assist with achieving higher ranking on search engines.

	Q13. Do I have to purchase a new domain if I already own one? A. If you already have a domain name, you need not purchase a new domain. You could forward that domain to Mobeezo server or create a new sub domain alias (A record) at your domain registrar, such as (m.yourdomain.com) and point it to our IP address.

	Q14. How do I forward my domain/Subdomain to point it to sites created on Mobeezo? A. Below are the steps for forwarding your domain/sub domain using your domain manager: Log into account Open the Domain Manager Click the domain you are working with Click "Total DNS Control and MX Records" The first group in this area should be A (Host), on the top right of this bar, click Add New A Record Enter the host name, in this case it is "m.yourwebsite.com" Enter the IP address (50.16.238.150)

	Q15. How can I change template? A. On the editor page, click on the change template button, choose a template and click ‘Select Template’ button.

	Q16. How can I add images to my site? A. On the editor page, click on the Insert Image widget to add images. Select an image from your computer and click Ok.

	Q17. Can I add YouTube videos to my mobile site? A. Yes, YouTube video can be embedded in mobile site by using the YouTube video widget on the editor.

	Q18. How would QR Code work for my site? A. Mobeezo also allows you to create a QR code for your mobile site. A QR code is a specific matrix barcode, readable by smart phones. Users are generally curious to scan QR codes on the move. You can publish this QR code on your business cards and other promotional material to get advantage of their curiosity and direct them to access your site.

	Q19. How can I generate a QR code for my site? A. On the editor page, click on ‘Get QR Code for Your Site’ button. On the QR Code page click on ‘Download QR Code’ button.

	Q20. What are site analytics? A. Site analytics allows you to view details about your site visitors such as their location, OS, browser etc. You can evaluate effectiveness of your site by analyzing page views, page visits, bounce rate, avg. time on site, number of new visitors etc.

	Q21. How can I access site analytics for my site? A. Click on ‘Site Analytics’ link on the main menu. Select from and to date from calendar. Click ‘Generate Report’ button.

	Q22. How can I upload my company logo? A. On the editor page, click on the ‘Logo’ widget. Click ‘Remove’ button to remove default displayed logo. Select company logo from your computer and click Ok.

	Q23. What is the difference between inserting image and logo? A. Image can be inserted anywhere on the page and it will be displayed only the page where it is been inserted where as logo widget allows you to place logo image at the top of all pages in one go.
